Our general studies program uses the Florida State Standards as a base to ensure that our students are at or above grade level in every subject area. In truth, however, our curriculum is much richer and more hands-on than any standards can imply, creating a culture of rich learning experiences that is unique to Orlando Jewish Day School.
Our program is highly individualized, allowing for each student to advance at his or her own pace and providing additional opportunities and support for students who are gifted or may need more assistance.
All subjects are taught through experimentation and hands-on instruction, thus creating an environment of enthusiasm and excitement about learning.
